1. Processing Time

Orders are processed in 24–48 hours (business days) from order confirmation (Mon to Sat).

During festive or high-volume periods and peak seasons processing may be slightly longer.
2. Estimated Delivery
- Estimated delivery depends on several factors including delivery pincode, courier serviceability, and order volume.

Standard delivery: 8–14 working days within metro cities. Non-Metro & Remote Locations: May take longer depending on courier routes.

4. Tracking & Notifications

Customers will receive e-mail and SMS with tracking once the order ships.

Peacock is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, customs, or force majeure.
5. Delivery Acceptance

Customer must check package at delivery. Signatures/acceptance confirm condition at delivery. Damage noticed on delivery should be documented with courier and reported within 24 hours to peacock.traditional@gmail.com.
6. Delivery Attempt
Our courier partners will make 2 delivery attempts.
If undelivered due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the order may be returned to origin (RTO).
Repeated RTOs may affect eligibility for future orders.
