1.2 Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed in 24–48 hours (business days) from order confirmation (Mon to Sat). 

  • During festive or high-volume periods and peak seasons processing may be slightly longer.

2. Estimated Delivery

  • Estimated delivery depends on several factors including delivery pincode, courier serviceability, and order volume.

  • Standard delivery: 8–14 working days within metro cities. Non-Metro & Remote Locations: May take longer depending on courier routes.

  • International shipping (if enabled): actual timelines depend on courier & customs; duties may apply.

  • Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to external factors.

     

     

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders ₹4999 and above (or as per current offers).

  • Shipping below ₹4999 : 

    Shipping fees, if applicable, are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

    • Delivery pincode

    • Order weight and dimensions

    • Current courier partner rates

    • Ongoing promotions (if any)

     

  • COD : currently not available.

4. Tracking & Notifications

  • Customers will receive e-mail and SMS with tracking once the order ships.

  • Peacock is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, customs, or force majeure.

5. Delivery Acceptance

  • Customer must check package at delivery. Signatures/acceptance confirm condition at delivery. Damage noticed on delivery should be documented with courier and reported within 24 hours to peacock.traditional@gmail.com.

6. Delivery Attempt

Our courier partners will make 2 delivery attempts.
If undelivered due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the order may be returned to origin (RTO).

Repeated RTOs may affect eligibility for future orders.

7. Delays & Exceptions

Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Festival seasons

  • Logistics bottlenecks

  • Operational constraints

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

We always aim to ensure timely delivery but cannot guarantee timelines in such situations.

7. International Shipping

If and when enabled, international delivery timelines and charges will be displayed at checkout based on:

  • Destination country

  • Local customs regulations

  • Shipping carrier rates

Duties or taxes, if applicable, must be borne by the customer.
